REDBACKS FC - NOTICE OF 2022 SEASON AGM
The Annual General Meeting of the Redbacks Football Club Incorporated pertaining to the 2022 season will be held online via Zoom on Monday March 13th, 2023 at 7:30pm.
Nominations for the positions of President (1 position), Vice President (up to 2 positions), Treasurer (1 position), Secretary (1 position), Registrar (1 position) and ordinary members of the association must be made in the prescribed form. They must be received by the Secretary at agm@redbacksfc.com.au no later than 5pm on Friday, 10th March 2023. All nominations must be sent electronically.
Members may appoint proxies by notice in the prescribed form received by the Secretary at agm@redbacksfc.com.au no later than 5pm, on Friday, 10th March 2023.
